Project Manager

Our client is a growing architecture firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects throughout Arizona. This individual will play a key role in managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through construction administration.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with wood-frame (Type V) construction, proficiency in Revit, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
- Review project documents for quality control, code compliance, and constructability.
- Mentor and support junior architectural staff.
- Oversee project documentation and production in Revit.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning discussions.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 7+ years of architectural experience, including project management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing wood-frame (Type V) multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, senior living, or similar commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Architect in Arizona or actively pursuing Arizona licensure.
- NCARB certification.
- Experience with multifamily and mixed-use developments.
- Familiarity with local Arizona permitting and entitlement processes.
