I'm currently working with a well-established renewable energy developer and owner with a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their construction team.

This position will oversee utility-scale renewable energy projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, local authorities, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets
* Support procurement, subcontract management, and contract administration activities
* Monitor project costs, forecasting, change orders, and financial performance
* Review construction documentation and assist with resolving design and field coordination issues
* Track project progress and maintain communication with both internal and external teams
* Oversee project closeout activities, including commissioning, punch list completion, turnover documentation, and handoff to operations teams
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget expectations

Desired Background:

* 4+ years of project management experience within utility-scale solar, renewable energy, power, or heavy civil construction
* Experience managing multiple project stakeholders, contractors, and project schedules
* Strong understanding of utility-scale construction practices and project execution
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
* Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
* Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, and project financial management
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Location & Travel:
