Project Manager/ Senior Engineer - Water Wastewater
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute engineering tasks for water-related infrastructure projects
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, contracts, and quality standards
- Develop engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct data analysis and support construction-phase activities
- Supervise or coordinate work of junior engineers, technicians, and drafting staff
Qualifications
- Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Background in water treatment, transmission/distribution systems, storage facilities, groundwater wells, and master planning
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or ability to obtain within six months
- Proven track record managing design and construction phases of water/wastewater projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within budget and schedule constraints
