Renewable Energy CFO
こちらのクライアントは創業4期目を迎えたEV/蓄電池VPP事業を行っていおり、現在は急成長フェーズにあります。年間で数十件規模の大規模蓄電所（1件あたり5〜6億円規模）の建設を推進する計画のもと、エクイティ・デットの両面から戦略的に資金調達を行うことが経営上の最重要テーマとなっています。
これまでは資金調達および投資家対応を社外取締役と代表が兼務してきましたが、事業拡大に伴い、専任のファイナンス責任者を迎え、資本政策の立案から実行までを一貫してリードできる体制を構築する必要があります。将来的にはCFOとしての登用も視野に入れた、ファイナンス部門立ち上げの責任者ポジションです。
なお、ファイナンス領域に加えて、内部統制や管理体制構築などのガバナンス領域の経験をお持ちの場合は、面接を通じて担当範囲を柔軟に設計します。コーポレート機能全体の統括に広がるキャリアパスも含め、候補者の強みを最大限活かしたポジション設計が可能です。
業務内容
資金調達戦略
- エクイティ・デットを組み合わせた中長期資金調達戦略の立案・実行
- プロジェクトファイナンスおよびコーポレートファイナンスの設計・推進
- 地銀・メガバンク・政府系金融機関との折衝およびリレーション構築
投資家対応
- VC、事業会社、個人投資家、資産運用会社との折衝
- 既存投資家へのIR、新規投資家の開拓
- 再エネファンドなどとの連携・コミュニケーション
資本政策
- IPOを見据えた資本政策の立案・更新
- バリュエーション管理、株主構成の最適化
その他
- SPC組成時の社内外調整・推進
- M&A案件の検討および実行支援（発生時）
- 経営陣への財務戦略に関する提言・レポーティング
※ 上記業務はいずれも戦略立案だけでなく、金融機関との折衝やドキュメンテーションなど実務も主体的に担当いただく前提です。
