Within our Business Valuation Advisory Services, we help clients understand the true economic value of their businesses and assets. Our Senior Analysts provide in-depth valuation analyses for a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax compliance, estate planning, and litigation. This team delivers objective, defensible valuations supported by rigorous financial modeling and industry research, ensuring clients have the insights they need for strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Conduct business valuations for litigation, shareholder disputes, M&A, and other advisory contexts
- Assist in preparing expert reports and exhibits for court or arbitration proceedings
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic trends to support valuation conclusions
- Quantify economic damages and lost profits in commercial disputes
- Collaborate with legal teams on discovery and case strategy
- Ensure compliance with valuation standards and litigation protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; CPA, CFE, or advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years in forensic accounting, litigation support, or related advisory roles
- Proven analytical capabilities in financial modeling and damages research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
