The Senior Building Enclosure Consultant will be responsible for:
- Lead technical project execution, including investigation, troubleshooting, and detailing of building envelope systems
- Oversee fieldwork and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as the subject-matter expert
- Supervise remediation work on-site, track progress, and address any emerging technical or coordination challenges
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure efficient remediation planning and troubleshooting on projects
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and peer review of technical work
The Senior Building Enclosure Consultant should have the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in building envelope consulting, forensic engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Science
- Professional licensure preferred (PE or RA)
- Deep knowledge of envelope systems and building envelope remediation projects
