A nationally respected consulting firm is seeking a Senior Building Envelope Consultant to join its expert team in Marietta, GA. This is a high-impact leadership role for a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer with deep experience in building envelope design, diagnostics, and litigation support.

Role Overview:
- Lead envelope design and consulting services for new construction, restoration, and forensic investigations.
- Serve as a technical authority in roofing, waterproofing, curtain walls, cladding systems, and fenestration.
- Conduct site assessments, testing, and failure analysis, including expert witness services.
- Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and construction documents.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal technical development.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, attorneys, and contractors to deliver high-value solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in building envelope consulting, design, or forensic investigation.
- Licensed Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia or eligible for reciprocity.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting findings to clients and legal teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and building science software preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead client engagements.
