Our client, a top-tier building envelope consultancy with a strong reputation for innovation and sustainability, is seeking a seasoned Senior Building Enclosure Consultant to join their Atlanta team. If you bring advanced technical expertise and leadership to façade, roofing, glazing, and waterproofing systems, this is your opportunity to lead impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on design, specification, and forensic evaluation of building enclosure systems.
- Conduct site assessments, field testing, and diagnostic investigations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to troubleshoot and innovate solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, client presentations, and remediation plans.
- Oversee project workflows and mentor junior staff.
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure consulting or façade engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of building science, envelope systems, materials, energy codes, and moisture control.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Professional credentials preferred: PE, RA, RRC, and/or IIBEC certifications.
