Senior Civil Engineer
Site/Civil Engineer - Land Development (Phoenix, AZ)
Salary Range: $80,000-$130,000 DOE
A nationally recognized engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join its growing Phoenix team. This organization partners with major developers, energy companies, institutions, and public agencies on high-impact land development and infrastructure projects across the U.S.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment with exposure to a wide range of projects including mixed-use developments, commercial centers, residential communities, and institutional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of engineering plans, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for land development projects
- Perform site design tasks including grading, drainage, and stormwater management
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and documentation
- Analyze site conditions using maps, surveys, and hydrologic data
- Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals at local, state, and federal levels
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in site/civil land development
- EIT required; PE preferred or in progress
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with grading, drainage, and site layout design
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
