We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in data center infrastructure to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, analysis, and review of electrical systems for data centers, including power distribution, UPS, generators, and grounding systems.
  • Conduct load studies, short circuit analysis, arc flash assessments, and power system modeling.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated, code-compliant, and cost-effective designs.
  • Support commissioning and QA/QC processes, including factory witness testing and field inspections (minimal travel may be required).
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform design strategies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical design, with 5+ years in mission-critical/data center environments.
  • PE license preferred (or ability to obtain).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, ETAP, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E, and other relevant standards.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
