Senior Engineer
An established, California-based engineering firm is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its growing San Diego land development team. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful community‑shaping projects while working in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop project designs while considering constraints, agency standards, engineering best practices, and project goals
- Support construction administration, including handling RFI's, submittals, and construction changes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Prepare technical reports and perform complex hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, stormwater detention, and utility sizing calculations
- Execute complex grading design and earthwork calculations
- Produce high‑quality deliverables with full QA/QC review for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 4-7 years of land development design experience
- At least 2 years of independently solving complex land development engineering problems
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, LDD, and/or Civil 3D
- EIT certification required
- A motivated, curious, and collaborative problem‑solver who thrives both independently and in team settings
