We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facility Engineer to lead the design, operation, and optimization of water treatment infrastructure serving communities across the region. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering safe, sustainable water solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance and reliability of water treatment facilities.
- Lead engineering evaluations, upgrades, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in water treatment facility engineering.
- Strong understanding of process design, facility operations, and regulatory frameworks.
