As part of our Operations team, your expertise will contribute to projects across three key sectors: Government & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial. In roles such as Engineer, Technician, or Specialist, you'll work on diverse projects worldwide-from community improvements to large-scale infrastructure initiatives-while focusing on your professional growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on design standards, engineering codes, and internal policies. May develop or maintain engineering standards and guides.
  • Ensure compliance with quality programs, establish processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.
  • Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple or large-scale projects. Conduct research and recommend equipment or material selections. Manage data collection and integration for engineering tasks.
  • Perform advanced engineering calculations and manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements. Develop solutions for complex problems and delegate tasks to team members. Review work from junior engineers and lead production teams or multi-discipline coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on complex projects. Define project schedules and manage discipline-specific or multi-discipline activities.
  • Identify client priorities and communicate them to project teams. Develop strategies to address client needs and support business development efforts.
  • Serve as a technical specialist in a broad or highly specialized area. Apply advanced concepts to unique engineering challenges and support multiple projects. May act as an industry expert, present at professional events, or consult on large-scale projects.
  • Oversee performance management, career planning, and development for team members. Mentor junior and mid-level professionals and identify successors for key roles.

Management Responsibilities

Supervise team members, including hiring, performance management, and compensation administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in steel and reinforced concrete design for power generation or industrial facilities.
  • Background in front-end design and conceptual studies for power or industrial projects.
  • Experience writing technical and construction specifications.
