What You Will Do
- Lead the design vision for complex hospitality and entertainment projects, guiding work from early concept through construction execution
- Develop compelling design narratives, presentation materials, and visualizations for client engagement and business development efforts
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to translate ideas into coordinated, buildable solutions
- Oversee design documentation, ensuring alignment between concept intent and construction drawings while supporting project delivery teams
- Navigate regulatory frameworks, including zoning, life safety, and accessibility requirements, integrating them seamlessly into the design process
- Mentor and provide design direction to junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, innovative studio culture
What You Bring
- 10+ years of architectural experience, including significant work on hospitality, gaming, luxury commercial, or entertainment environments
- Professional degree in Architecture; licensure is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to lead design on complex, multi-phase projects and balance creative vision with technical execution
- Strong proficiency in design and documentation tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling platforms (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp)
- Deep understanding of materials, building systems, and detailing appropriate for high-end experiential environments
- Demonstrated experience engaging with clients and presenting design concepts in a clear, compelling way
- Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and coordination with consultants and regulatory agencies
