  • Track, review, and manage commissioning documentation, testing records, and close‑out deliverables
  • Identify and resolve quality or commissioning issues, escalating risk appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and project‑specific criteria
  • Prepare commissioning reports and support training of operations teams prior to turnover
  • Act as a role model for quality, safety, and commissioning best practice
  • Mentor internal team members and drive knowledge transfer across projects
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and protocols
  • Coordinate closely with design, construction, and operations teams to embed commissioning into delivery workflows
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years experience in commissioning, construction management, automation systems, or mission‑critical environments
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and system performance requirements
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working on live construction sites and across multiple active projects
  • Willingness to travel (typically <30%, subject to project needs)
