About the Role
Our client is launching a brand-new office in Plover, WI to support a major utility client-and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth initiative from the ground up, with the backing of a well-established construction firm.
As a Senior PM, you'll be instrumental in building the team, managing key transmission projects, and helping shape the future of our Wisconsin operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage utility transmission projects across southern Wisconsin
- Support the development of a new office and team from the ground up
- Collaborate with field supervisors and engineering teams
- Mentor and train junior staff
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and metrics
- Work closely with executive leadership to drive client success
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in utility transmission (2+ considered with strong background)
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Wisconsin (relocation assistance provided)
- Industry experience is a must-this role requires someone who can hit the ground running
