The Opportunity
- Lead delivery of complex Water/Wastewater projects across treatment and conveyance (inside and outside the fence)
- Manage projects from planning and design through construction and closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget are met
- Contribute to business development efforts including proposals, client engagement, and pursuit strategy
What They're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience within the Water/Wastewater space
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license - required
- Strong background delivering municipal W/WW projects
- Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience across both treatment and conveyance is highly desirable
