As their Tennessee water practice continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Senior Wastewater Project Manager to lead project delivery, strengthen client relationships, and help drive strategic growth across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal wastewater projects throughout Tennessee and the surrounding region.
- Manage projects involving wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, force mains, collection systems, biosolids facilities, and water reuse infrastructure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, utility districts, and local authorities.
- Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, quality control, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support business development initiatives including proposals, interviews, client engagement, and account management.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff.
- Collaborate with national technical experts on some of the industry's most challenging and innovative water projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) licence.
- 10+ years of experience delivering municipal water and wastewater projects.
- Proven project management experience with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Strong technical understanding of wastewater treatment and collection systems.
- Experience working with municipal clients and utility providers.
- Business development experience is highly desirable.
