Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts across a variety of building types and materials.
- Serve as the technical expert on projects, ensuring code compliance and constructability.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to develop creative, tailored solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural design for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
- Strong knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and IBC codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Technologies
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, EnerCalc, and other structural design tools.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and construction site practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
