Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of on-site construction operations from mobilization through completion
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field staff
- Drive project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and site compliance, particularly in secure environments
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to manage logistics, sequencing, and project execution strategy
- Oversee inspections, commissioning support, and turnover processes
- Ensure adherence to federal requirements, security protocols, and site-specific procedures

- Proven experience as a Superintendent / Senior Superintendent with a general contractor
- Strong background in federal, secure, or highly regulated projects
- Ability to manage complex site logistics and multiple subcontractors simultaneously
- Experience delivering projects with high-end finishes, MEP complexity, or mission-critical components
- Demonstrated leadership in driving schedule, safety, and quality outcomes in the field
