This is a unique opportunity to work with a private equity-backed company that's growing rapidly and expanding into Southern California. You'll collaborate with established utility clients like PG&E and their subcontractors, delivering high-quality traffic control plans and permitting services.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support the development of traffic control plans for public roadway projects, primarily for utility clients.
- Stamp plans as needed and provide technical oversight to support the Director of Engineering.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the traffic control engineering department, especially in Southern California.

What We're Looking For:
- California PE license (required)
- 5+ years of experience in traffic engineering, preferably with utility-related TC plans
- Preferably a strong understanding of traffic control standards, public roadway regulations, and permitting processes *team is willing to upskill in this area as needed.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
