Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of service clients throughout the Anderson region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue service sales opportunities in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems maintenance.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer challenges and propose tailored service agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accurate scopes of work and proposals.
- Prepare and present service agreements, maintenance plans, and solution recommendations.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in service sales, preferably within mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial service sectors.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and building operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to evaluate mechanical equipment and identify potential service needs.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local region.
