We are seeking a Land Origination Manager with deep experience in identifying and securing land for utility-scale solar and BESS projects in Japan.
日本国内で大規模太陽光発電および蓄電池（BESS）プロジェクトの用地取得に豊富な経験を持つ用地開発マネージャーを募集しています。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
- Identify and evaluate suitable land for solar and BESS projects across Japan.
日本全国で太陽光および蓄電池プロジェクトに適した用地の選定と評価を行う。 - Conduct site feasibility assessments including red flag checks, environmental constraints, and grid access.
レッドフラッグ調査、環境制約、系統接続の可否など、用地の実現可能性を評価する。 - Negotiate with landowners to secure lease or purchase agreements under favorable terms.
土地所有者と交渉し、賃貸または売買契約を有利な条件で締結する。 - Engage with local communities and stakeholders to gain social acceptance.
地域住民や関係者と連携し、プロジェクトの社会的受容を得る。 - Coordinate with local governments and permitting authorities to ensure compliance.
地方自治体や許認可機関と調整し、法令遵守を確保する。 - Manage external consultants and subcontractors for surveys, permitting, and due diligence.
調査、許認可、デューデリジェンスに関わる外部コンサルタントや業者を管理する。 - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
社内外の関係者向けに正確な記録と報告書を作成する。 - Support project development through to Ready-to-Build (RTB) status.
