The company is seeking an experienced Sr. Construction Project Manager to join the team. This role is critical to the successful completion of landmark education projects in the city. The ideal candidate will step in quickly to manage ongoing multi-million-dollar projects and ensure seamless execution.
Key responsibilities of the Sr. Construction Project Manager include:
- Lead day‑to‑day project management for the multi-million-dollar education facilities.
- Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between owner, architects, contractors, and internal project leaders.
- Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key requirements of the Sr. Construction Project Manager include:
- Large-scale commercial construction expertise, leading projects of more than $70-100m.
- Extensive track record in successful ground-up construction projects.
- Strong background in concrete and steel construction.
- Experience in higher-education construction projects is preferred.
- Strong written reporting and documentation habits.
