Position Summary

They're seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with approximately 2 years of experience to join their Charlotte team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
  • Perform calculations and utilize engineering software (e.g., RAM, ETABS, Revit) for design tasks.
  • Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and site visits to support construction administration.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • E.I.T. certification required
  • 2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design.
  • Proficiency with structural design software such as RAM, ETABS, and Revit.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
