Role Overview
The position involves leading and supporting structural design efforts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types
- Develop construction documents, specifications, and calculations
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Mentor junior engineers and assist with project coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 4 to 7 years of structural engineering experience
- Active PE license in Texas
- Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, RISA, RAM, Revit
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures
