About the Role
This role is designed for an engineer who is looking to expand beyond a narrow scope of work and take on broader responsibility. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, with the opportunity to grow technically, operationally, or commercially depending on your interests.

Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and analysis for a variety of building types and materials
- Prepare calculations, drawings, and construction documents
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal team members
- Support construction administration, including RFIs and submittal reviews
- Contribute to project delivery from concept through completion
- Participate in client interactions and project discussions, as appropriate
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of structural engineering experience
- EIT required; PE preferred or in progress
- Experience with building design across common materials (steel, concrete, wood)
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple project types
- Interest in taking on increased ownership and responsibility
