The Structural Engineer Practice Builder will be responsible for:
- Mentor junior engineer staff to evaluate goal progress, manage scheduling and provide oversight
- Check on-budget process delivery, manage client contracts, and review long-term profitability
- Cross-functional assessments of department success (Engineering, Construction, Sales, Estimating), working as a liaison to lead strategic planning between teams
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals and operational strategies in alignment with market conditions within the structural engineering space
The Lead Structural Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- PE and SE Licensed
- Management experience required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- 15+ years of experience
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
