  • Maintain daily field documentation, reports, production tracking, and project records
  • Monitor safety compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and support site safety programs
  • Track labor, equipment, quantities, and field conditions impacting cost or schedule
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, materials, scheduling, and project issues
  • Support cost tracking, quantity reporting, pay requisitions, and field-related documentation
  • Identify field challenges early and help develop practical solutions
  • Train, mentor, and support field personnel as needed
  • Assist with project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover

What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in civil, environmental, excavation, demolition, utility, sitework, or related infrastructure construction
  • Strong understanding of field operations, construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ability to supervise multiple crews, subcontractors, and active work areas
  • Experience reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and technical documents
  • Strong safety mindset with the ability to enforce safe and productive work practices
  • Organized, decisive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and inspectors
  • Basic survey experience is a plus
  • Degree or background in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field is preferred but not required
