A well-established land surveying and geomatics firm with 30+ years of experience is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team in the Greater Philadelphia area. The firm provides a full suite of surveying services, including boundary surveys, construction stakeout, ALTA/NSPS surveys, LiDAR/3D laser scanning, and land development support for clients across the construction, engineering, and development sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple survey projects from scope through delivery
- Oversee quality control of survey plans, plats, legal descriptions, and construction layout deliverables
- Coordinate staff, resources, schedules, and client communications
- Track project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and collections
- Support and participate in business development efforts with new and existing clients
- Mentor and develop survey staff
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of land surveying experience
- Project management experience within a survey consulting environment
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
- PLS license preferred but not required
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
