I'm currently partnering with three growing firms across Tennessee that are expanding their survey teams due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. These opportunities offer a range of responsibilities and growth paths depending on experience level.

Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) and Land Surveyors in Training (LSIT) to join dynamic and growing teams in the Nashville and Knoxville markets. Roles range from Project Management to Survey Department Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee survey projects from start to finish
Coordinate field crews and office staff to ensure timely project delivery
Review plats, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and construction staking
Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts (PM/Leadership level)
Ensure quality control and compliance with state and local regulations
Mentor junior staff and support team development

Qualifications

PLS license (preferred) or LSIT certification
Experience in land development, transportation, or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of survey standards and procedures
Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, or similar)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
