本ポジションでは、ソフトウェア、IoT、データなどのテクノロジーを活用しながら、サステナビリティを軸とした新規事業開発、経営戦略立案、ストーリー設計まで一気通貫で支援します。

- サステナビリティ／SXを起点とした経営戦略・事業戦略の策定支援
- GX・脱炭素・環境価値をテーマとした新規事業／サービス企画・開発支援
- ソフトウェア、クラウド、IoT、データ活用を前提としたサステナビリティソリューションの構想・設計
- 経営層・事業責任者とのディスカッションを通じたSXストーリー／価値訴求の整理

Position Overview
Within a Sustainability Transformation (SX) team at a leading domestic IT solutions company, our client is seeking a Consultant who will help companies translate sustainability into management strategy, business development, and long-term value creation.
In this role, you will leverage technology such as software, IoT, and data analytics to support clients across the full spectrum-from sustainability‑driven new business creation and corporate strategy to impact storytelling and value articulation.
This is a hands-on, end‑to‑end consulting position focused on turning sustainability into tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the formulation of management and business strategies centered on sustainability and sustainability transformation
- Lead or contribute to new business and service development focused on GX, decarbonization, and environmental value creation
- Design and conceptualize sustainability solutions leveraging software, cloud platforms, IoT, and data
- Work closely with executive leadership and business owners to shape and articulate SX narratives and value propositions
- Collaborate with the internal sustainability team, using internally implemented sustainability tools and solutions as a foundation for practical, experience‑based client proposals

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Consulting experience at a firm focused on management strategy, business transformation, digital, or sustainability projects
- Experience in a corporate environment in new business development, business planning, or corporate planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest or hands-on experience in sustainability, ESG, GX, or decarbonization initiatives
- Knowledge of software, cloud technologies, IoT, and data-driven solutions
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and presenting strategic proposals
- Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
