Transportation Project Manager
Our top regional client is looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead and design roadway and infrastructure projects for municipal, county, and state agencies, with a focus on WisDOT standards and documentation.
What You'll Do:
Lead transportation design using WisDOT and client-specific standards.
Deliver bid-ready plans for state and locally funded projects.
Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and project interviews.
Design improvements in roadways, utilities, drainage, and traffic systems.
Support a range of civil engineering efforts across public agencies.
Manage federally funded WisDOT and Local Program projects.
Contribute to business development and client engagement when possible.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across various office locations.
What You'll Bring:
Licensed PE with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
4+ years in roadway/infrastructure design, including WisDOT bid document prep.
Proficient in WisDOT design workflow; Civil 3D/AutoCAD skills preferred.
Comfortable handling multiple tasks independently.
Willing to travel within our Wisconsin service area (must have own vehicle).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Adaptable to different project types and geographic locations.
