About the Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Provide strategic oversight for multi-site data center and infrastructure operations.
- Develop standardized processes that improve consistency, quality, and execution across all regions.
- Lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure teams are equipped to successfully support both ongoing operations and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.
- Build organizational capacity to support continued expansion across existing and emerging markets.
- Evaluate resource requirements, workforce planning, and regional delivery needs to support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability while maintaining service quality.
Program & Service Delivery
- Establish governance frameworks that provide visibility into operational performance and project execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, field operations, and client support functions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of complex customer initiatives.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Maintain accountability for operational performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support strategic customer relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Partner with procurement and operations teams to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Support workforce development through training, coaching, and succession planning.
- Promote a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience within data center operations, critical facilities, telecommunications infrastructure, technology services, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed operational teams.
- Strong background managing complex service delivery organizations in a growth-focused environment.
- Experience overseeing operational budgets, business performance metrics, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and organizational scalability.
