design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure. They are seeking a seasoned Senior
Project Manager to lead high-impact municipal conveyance projects in the Arlington, VA area.
This role centers on the delivery of complex linear infrastructure projects, including large-diameter
pipelines, sewer and stormwater systems, pump stations, and related conveyance facilities. The
successful candidate will play a key role in advancing regional water quality and reliability through
resilient and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater conveyance systems,
including gravity sewers, force mains, and water transmission pipelines
- Oversee preparation of engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost
estimates
- Manage full project lifecycles-planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
- Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure regulatory compliance and lead alternative analysis efforts
- Manage subconsultants and contribute to business development and proposal efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in the water industry, with a focus on linear infrastructure and
conveyance projects
- Registered PE in Virginia (or ability to obtain)
- Proven track record managing large-scale pipeline and sewer projects with full accountability
- Strong background in hydraulic modeling, condition assessments, and capital improvement
programs (CIP)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Experience with both design and construction phases of conveyance projects
