Water Treatment Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants in the San Jose area. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on water treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of water/wastewater treatment plant construction projects from planning to completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction of water or wastewater treatment plants.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP certification is a plus.
