Water/Wastewater Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of water/wastewater professionals
- Oversee planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients and stakeholders
- Support business development efforts, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
- Provide technical leadership, quality control, and project oversight
- Partner with senior leadership to expand service offerings and strengthen market presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
- PE license (or ability to obtain Iowa licensure)
- 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering
- Experience managing projects, clients, and technical teams
- Strong understanding of water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment systems
- Proven business development and client relationship experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
