What You'll Do:
As the West Coast Account Manager, you will:
- Lead the development of our West Coast regional office, building a high-performing team and client base.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the face of the company in the region, conducting in-person meetings with clients and staff.
- Oversee operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our environmental monitoring solutions and services.
- Collaborate with national leadership to align regional strategy with company goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in environmental services sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep familiarity with West Coast markets and client needs.
- Background in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Geology.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%-40% for client and team engagements.
