Overview
A growing, nationally recognized engineering firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects while strengthening client partnerships and supporting practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects (treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations)
- Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and QA/QC across multiple concurrent projects
- Serve as primary client contact, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term relationships
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and new work capture
- Mentor and guide engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Active P.E. license required
- Proven track record in project delivery, client management, and team leadership
