The Role
You will design and manage land development projects with a focus on multifamily development, while also supporting single-family residential and small commercial/site projects. This is an ideal role for an engineer who thrives in a collaborative setting and is ready to take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver land development projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, and utility design.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
- Utilize Civil 3D and related tools for design and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience as an EIT or up to 5-6 years as a PE in civil engineering.
- Hands-on experience in commercial or multifamily design.
- Strong technical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
