What You'll Be Doing
- Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, contracts, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
- Lead project teams, including Superintendents, Foremen, and support staff
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors
- Manage procurement and material tracking to ensure project success
- Negotiate and process change orders and project documentation
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Support business growth through exceptional customer service and repeat business opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Background working for an electrical contractor
- Experience managing commercial, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, or mission-critical projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
