General Superintendent
A leading general contractor with a strong mission critical pipeline across the Southeast is looking for a General Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center projects. This is a senior field leadership role with real ownership, long-term project visibility, and a business that's investing in its people.
What you'll be doing
- Running all field operations on ground-up data center builds from sitework to turnover
- Leading and developing superintendents, field engineers, and trade partners across multiple scopes
- Driving schedule, safety, and quality standards on site
- Coordinating closely with MEP trades, commissioning teams, and owner representatives
- Working with project management to keep projects on time and on budget
- Being the client's trusted on-site point of contact
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in commercial construction, with time spent as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
- Data center or mission critical experience is strongly preferred
- A track record of delivering large, complex projects ($100M+)
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and heavy electrical and mechanical scopes
- Proven ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple subcontractors
- OSHA 30 required
- Willing to cover projects across the Southeast
