  • Familiarity with BIM and Autodesk Revit workflows.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Employee-owned organization with a collaborative culture.
  • Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure and environmental restoration projects across North America.
  • Exposure to highly specialized engineering challenges that support renewable energy, fisheries, river restoration, and dam safety initiatives.
  • Strong emphasis on professional development, mentorship, and long-term career growth.
  • Competitive benefits package including:
    • Annual and quarterly bonus opportunities
    • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • 401(k) with employer match and immediate vesting
    • Generous paid time off and floating holidays
