Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Location: Texas (multiple locations)
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Employee Ownership Program

An industry-leading contractor is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support the delivery of large-scale data center projects in across Texas. This opportunity offers exposure to some of the most complex mission-critical construction projects in North America, supporting long-term hyperscale and advanced technology developments. The company is employee-owned and has a significant presence in the data center and advanced facilities market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage Primavera P6 schedules
  • Build baseline, milestone, look-ahead, and recovery schedules
  • Conduct critical path and schedule risk analysis
  • Monitor project performance and recommend schedule recovery solutions
  • Lead schedule coordination meetings with project teams and trade partners
  • Produce executive reporting and client-facing schedule updates
  • Support change management and schedule impact assessments
  • Mentor and develop junior scheduling professionals

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of construction scheduling experience
  • Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency
  • Experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, semiconductor, or other complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
