Electrical Project Manager - Atlanta, GA
Atlanta continues to see serious investment across mission critical, commercial, and complex MEP builds, and with that comes the need for strong leadership on site.
I'm currently working with an established electrical contractor looking to bring on an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead high-value projects across the region.
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and thrives in technically challenging environments.
What they're looking for:
- 7+ years in construction with a strong focus on MEP systems / critical power / modular delivery
- Proven experience delivering projects in the $20M-$100M+ range
- Strong background managing relationships across owners, engineers, architects, subs, and vendors
- Solid understanding of planning, installation, coordination, and project delivery
- Experience with scheduling, cost tracking, and financial management
- Comfortable working across design development, engineering coordination, and commissioning
Tools & experience:
- Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6 (Accubid is a plus)
- Ability to build and review bid packages and final estimates
- Experience overseeing testing and commissioning of specialist systems
Nice to have:
- PMP certification
- Exposure to modular fabrication and delivery
