Due to continued growth across Florida, they are seeking a Senior Wastewater Project Manager to help lead and expand their municipal water practice.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead major wastewater infrastructure programmes throughout Florida while working alongside some of the industry's most respected technical experts. You'll be responsible for both project delivery and client relationship management, helping municipalities solve complex water challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of wastewater treatment, collection, conveyance, reuse, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for municipal clients and water authorities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, permitting, and construction support functions.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance efforts.
Support business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and client account growth.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and mid-level engineers.
Contribute to the continued expansion of the firm's Florida water practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) licence required.
10+ years of water/wastewater consulting experience.
Background managing municipal wastewater treatment and collection system projects.
Strong client-facing, project management, and business development experience.
Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams.
