Role Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Dallas structural engineering team, setting standards for quality and delivery.
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and career support.
Oversee and contribute to structural design and analysis for mission critical facilities.
Review engineering work to ensure accuracy, innovation, and alignment with firm standards.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships as a trusted technical partner.
Participate in business development, including client meetings, presentations, and strategic pursuits.
Manage projects from concept through completion, balancing technical, financial, and schedule demands.
Prepare and lead proposal efforts to secure new work and expand the office's presence in the market.
Candidate Profile
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Structural Engineer (SE) preferred.
10+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally with mission critical or complex building projects.
Demonstrated leadership experience-team management, mentorship, or office/department oversight.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for helping expand a high-performing office.
