A leading MEP engineering firm is seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) talent. This individual will play a critical role in building scalable hiring strategies, developing robust talent pipelines, and supporting the company's continued growth.
This is a fully onsite role based in West Palm Beach, FL, requiring candidates to be local or open to relocation.
Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for MEP and engineering-related roles (e.g., Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents).
- Build and maintain a strong network of MEP talent across South Florida and nationally.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines to benchmark candidates against future hiring needs.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute scalable recruiting strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to stay ahead of hiring trends.
- Contribute to building and enhancing the internal talent acquisition function as the organization scales.
Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Strong talent acquisition or agency recruiting experience, within construction, engineering, or MEP environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for MEP or technical engineering roles.
- Established network of MEP professionals (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and benchmark candidates for future growth.
- Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Strong understanding of direct sourcing strategies and market mapping.
