We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Michigan. This is a high-impact role with a nationally recognized Top Design Firm for Water, where your leadership will help deliver critical infrastructure that directly benefits the public.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full lifecycle of water/wastewater projects-from planning and design to construction and delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, promoting a collaborative and accountable project culture.
Oversee schedule, budget, risk management, and quality control to ensure successful outcomes.
Support business development through proposals, presentations, and pursuit strategies.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
PE license preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
