Project Engineer - Civil Engineering
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 annually

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead technical aspects of civil engineering projects from design through construction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff, manage project components, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site grading, road, stormwater, sewer, and water system design
- Prepare specifications, estimates, and civil design elements
- Support project scoping, scheduling, and budget management
- Engage with clients, agencies, and technical teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to professional development
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 4-8 years of civil design experience; field experience preferred
- PE license in Washington (multi-state a plus)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and Bluebeam
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
